These are some of the standard features that came with the RV:

- Double 20L Propane tanks – powers the water heater, heater, gas stove, gas oven, fridge/freezer
- 18 ft retractable awning
- Propane/Electric combo powered water heater 6 gallon
- Standard 12v DC electric system (like vehicle electric systems) that runs off a battery to power the fridge and freezer, lights, furnace. Battery comes with standard converter to charge the 12v DC system when plugged into shore as well as when plugged into a tow vehicle.
- Standard 110v AC electric system (like regular household electric systems) that runs when plugged into shore (30 Amp) to power electric outlets and appliances (Microwave, radio/DVD player)
- 30 Amp shore plug (no actual cord)
- Mid Sized Fridge and Freezer that can run electric or gas (and has an auto mode to switch)
- Rear drain hose carrier in bumper BUT no actual hose or even the bumper caps at the end
- Stabilizers to be used when parked. It keeps the RV steadier when in use.
- Wiring for cable and TV mount in the master bedroom
These are the modifications/additions we have made to date:
- Purchasing sewage drain hose and bumper caps to utilize bumper hose carrier
- 50 ft 30 Amp power cord
- Carried our own garden hose
- A toolkit for the road is absolutely necessary (full list to come but includes things like jump cables, screwdrivers, spanner, duct tape, bungee cord)
- Wheel chocks to keep wheels stationary when parked and unhitched
- A tri ball trailer hitch mount to support 10,000 lb gross towing weight
- Protection – we are always armed with a loaded 12 gauge shotgun within adult reach (and out of reach of children)
- Reinforced locks on the outside compartments
- Purchased a 14″ spare tire that did not come standard with our rig
- Diesel generator for dry camping/boondocking
- Upgraded mattress for Short Queen
- Extra TVs in main cabin and bedroom
Modifications and Improvements we are looking at:
- Installing a tankless propane on-demand water heater system. 6 gallons isn’t cutting it for showers in succession for our family
- 110v voltage meter to monitor amp usage
- grounding cables
- Reinforcing insulation – Sealing all the gaps in the walls/joints and insular boards for winter.
- Winterizing kit and improvements should we ever take this to colder climates
- Biometric safe and smaller gun
- Portable Septic tank container for extended boondocking without sewage dump
- Habitat for our cat Chairman Meow
- Download the RV manual that didn’t come with it
